Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, the formal refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be completed within the standard processing period and will be fully returned to your original payment account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Items that are opened, used, damaged artificially, or without complete original packaging are not eligible for return. Custom clearance fees and logistics costs borne by our store will not be refunded for voluntary returns initiated by customers.
